5. Configure the Mobile Client

Download the Off Hours mobile appliacation from Google Play for Android or that Apple Store for iOS

Enter your mobile number. This is how you’ll identify your phone on the portal.

Scan or key in the appliance serial number

Once the serial number is entered, the phone needs to be verified on the web portal

Next, you’ll need to return to the web portal (https://offhours.mobilem2m.io) and verify users that downloaded the App and scanned the appliance.

When you log into the Off Hours portal you’ll land on the dashboard screen. Look for the Users tab on the left of the screen.

Look for the phone(s) that have scanned the QR code waiting to be verified.

Enter the users name then select Yes to Verify the user on the system.

Finish the process by pressing Save Changes.

6. Setup Notifications

As soon as the user is verified a notification appears on their phone.

At the web portal, click on the appliance tab:

Check the alarm notifications you would like that phone to receive:

  • Network Status Change
    WiFi ON / OFF
  • Home Power Loss
    Notification if you home looses power or the appliance is unplugged.
  • ISP Outage
    WiFi is ON but your router can’t connect to the internet
